Our Mac’s team is small and family orientated. We have a fun fast paced atmosphere and are passionate about what we do. Everyone wears many hats and although the main responsibilities of this position will be working in our machining area running a variety of machines and completing different assembly tasks as required, it is not limited to just these tasks.

We are looking for someone who is a natural self starter that works well with all types of personalities, manages their time efficiently and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Producing and packaging track orders on Router and/or CNC Machine.
• Assembling parts using existing tools, jigs, fixtures, etc (chain saw scabbards, spinnakers, etc)
• Preparation, assembly and packaging of molded rubber products.
• Maintain a clean work area on a daily basis
• Must be comfortable with learning to use any and all equipment in our Machining Department
• Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive business information with other employees, family or friends.

Work Environment:

• This position works collaboratively in a team environment.
• Moderate physical activity. Requires regular handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds, standing for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating equipment.
• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
