Job Description Our client is a software development firm in the Dallas area, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
They are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow their skillsets. If you are driven, ambitious, and open to learning new skillsets as you go this is a great position for you.
This person will be focused on the client’s video computing platform, supporting technical issues with white glove service.
Extensive experience with Windows, Linux and Mac support is required. Will be working with Active Directory and Group Policy.
The position has a hybrid model with 3-4 days a week in office in Uptown. Salary range is between $60-70k. Required Skills & Experience
