Our client, a local financial tech company, is looking to grow their Service Desk team. This is a client that has been a staple within the Fort Worth / Dallas community, offer mortgage, car, and same-day loans.
Right now, they are looking for a Service Desk Tech who is skilled with Windows based technologies. You’ll be helping with Tier 3 support username and password build out, helping with imaging, provisioning of equipment, and hardware / software installations and deployments.
Tech wise, you’ll be working with Windows, MS Suite of products, Entra, Intune, O365 / M365, and Exchange. This is a customer / client facing role, so great communication and professionalism is a must.
The role is slated to be a 6 month contract-to-hire position. The pay rate during the contract portion will be between $35-38 / hr, conversion salary $65-70K plus a potential bonus.
This is a hybrid onsite role, 3 days in office out of their Irving branch.
