MSSL Wiring System Inc. is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team!
This position is going to need a motivated worker who is able to meet deadlines and have the ability to multitask. You will be responsible for working directly with customer's via email, phone calls, and possibly in person at times.
You will attend weekly meetings with other customer service representatives to discuss where you are in the process of things such as orders, delays with getting product or delays due to material, as well as other information that needs discussed.
This job will be require someone with computer skills, great communication ability, and a personality that is approachable and friendly.
The pay on this position will be based off previous experience.
Normal working hours are 8am - 430pm. Monday - Friday for this position. There may be times where you need to stay after 4:30pm to meet deadlines. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment. These benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401k w/3% match, as well as other voluntary benefits.
