Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Front Desk Receptionist & Marketing Assistant. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to engage in both receptionist duties and marketing tasks, providing valuable experience in two essential areas of business operations, while learning other department functions with opportunity for advancement.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in marketing or business administration is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) preferred.

· Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.

· Previous experience in customer service, receptionist duties, or marketing is advantageous but not required.
