The Patient Business Office Assistant Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the PBO Director, for the general oversight, collection and maintenance of the Patient Accounts Receivable. The PBO Manager will monitor and optimize the revenue cycle working directly with other departments, and help provide oversight of the daily operations associated with administrative and business functions of the Patient Business Office. This is a leadership position and requires leadership skills and experience.

• Associate or Bachelor degree in related field preferred. A combination of relevant college along with job experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years hospital/clinic medical billing experience, lead or supervisory experience required.
• Must be highly accurate, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of computers, office equipment, multi-line phone systems, and general office skills.
