Innovation for Automation is looking for a full time Marketing Development Specialist located at 3529 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, identify market opportunities, and create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Ideal experience range is two to five years in a Marketing related field.

• Possess 2-5 years of related work Experience
• Demonstrate Proven Experience in Marketing Development, Lead Generation, or a Similar Role
• Exhibit Strong Analytical Skills with the Ability to Interpret Data and make Data-Driven Decisions
• Showcase Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Familiarity with various Marketing Tools and Platforms (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management tools)
• Is a Creative Thinker with a Passion for Staying Updated on Industry Trends
• Can Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment

• Market Research : Conduct in-Depth Market Analysis to Identify Trends, Opportunities, and Competitive Landscapes
• Campaign Development : Create and Execute Innovative Marketing Campaigns to Generate Leads and Drive Brand Awareness

• Collaboration : Work Closely with the Sales Team to Align Marketing Efforts with Sales Goals and Objectives
