The Morgan Labs team is on a mission to transform how legal services are delivered by leveraging technology and automation. We build products and experiences for Morgan & Morgan’s clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.

Responsibilities

A Product Manager’s duties are to define the vision and roadmap of the product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution. You will be responsible for delivery of key product initiatives, determining capacity of the team and balancing workloads, and setting the metrics for success. This role requires someone who can communicate complicated solutions clearly, simplify problems into action steps, and lead teams with charisma and grace. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following:

  • Defining the vision for your product and successfully communicating it to senior leadership and the product team
  • Developing the roadmap for your product and defending it 
  • Leading a team and managing their project pipeline 
  • Delivering products and features efficiently and executing your vision
  • Measuring the success of the product clearly and iterating quickly and effectively

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role
  • Jira experience (or similar) - Comfortable with working in a Jira/Agile environment 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change

Nice to Have: 

  • Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus 
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports 
  • Scrum/Agile certifications a plus 
  • Salesforce experience a plus
