We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role at Morgan Auto Group that requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of employment labor laws, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Create/post requisitions as requested

Send offer letters to applicants via HRIS system

Partner with leaders to prepare for new team members arrival (create and send pay plan, collect required signatures, request log in credentials, set up I applicable operating systems)

Partner with Onboarding specialist/Leader to schedule new hires for orientation

Contact new Team Members to ensure onboarding is complete, confirm date and time of orientation

Upload signed pay plan and job description into HRIS

Complete checklist (Employer portion)

Complete team member onboarding in HRIS

Review team member profile in HRIS system for accuracy

Ensure all I9s documents are collected and uploaded in required time frame

Complete E verify in required timeframe

Upload pay plan for new team member upon onboarding

Provide new team members with onboarding handouts (contact list, pay schedule, benefit info, new hire logon/credential sheet etc.).

Input orientation hours on team member timecards

Contact applicants who have not consented to BG and or scheduled/completed drug screening within allocated time frame to provide a reminder

Send benefit enrollment reminders to new team members via email

Notify IT to remove/disable log on’s for team members that did not onboard

Other duties to be determined by management
