We are currently looking for a SENIOR TAX MANAGER to join our incredible team already in place.
As a SENIOR TAX MANAGER, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the preparation of corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax- exempt and other types of tax returns.
- Management of the preparation of income tax projections that involve multiple scenarios and complex analysis
- Performing extensive tax research on complex business combinations and transactions
- Remaining knowledgeable of new technical developments and leading-edge technologies that are of interest to the firm. Managers must also strive to develop and improve communication, management and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Licensed CPA
- Masters Degree in Accounting
- 7 years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience
- 5 years of technical tax research experience
- Experience with c-corps as well as pass-through entities
- Experience with international filings
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software programs
