SALARY COMPENSATION: $54,500.00-$55,670.00 annually

WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Objective: Coordinates technical support of the district’s technology equipment and systems by leading, supervising, and directing the ITS technical support staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree; MIS, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred

Credentials: CompTIA A Certification, CompTIA Network Certification preferred

Special Knowledge, Skill or Ability

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Skilled in the operation and technical workings of personal computers, printers and other peripherals
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others
• Ability to successfully install, configure, and troubleshoot problems of various applications software needed to accomplish the goals of the district
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously
• Working knowledge of current telecommunications devices and protocols
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• High standards of personal conduct and integrity
• Ability to work well with others and foster a healthy and positive environment
• Prepared to respond and act in an emergency situation, following district and community emergency procedures
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance

Experience: Minimum of four years’ experience providing computer hardware and software support in a networked environment. Project management experience a plus.
