Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
