Client 1: Male client with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The client is nonverbal, non-ambulatory, and incontinent. He requires max assist with all ADL's. He has a G- Tube for feedings and medications. He likes listening to music, and watching PBS kids and Paw Patrol. The family has two dogs. One Pitbull in a kennel in the home, and one bully on the back porch. Client has skilled hours as well. Client currently receives 30 hours/week of personal care support services.

M-F 2pm-8pm

Client 2: Female client with cerebral palsy. Nonverbal, learning sign language, ambulates without assist, wears pull ups, requires assistance with toileting. Regular diet, eats food by mouth. Client likes going outside, music, and cartoons. She dislikes when it's bath time and may require redirection or for her Grandmother to assist. One small Jack Russel Terrier and one other small dog is in the home, but they're very friendly. Client currently receives 28 hours/week of personal care support services.

M-F 4pm-9pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
