Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team. As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our used car department. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the used car department, including inventory, pricing, and sales strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry changes
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Utilize software systems to track inventory, sales pipeline, and customer interactions

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of used car market trends and pricing strategies
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in using software systems for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in sales support activities such as cold calling and lead generation
