Moore, CCA Division wants to recruit three MATERIAL HANDLERS to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia!

JOB SNAPSHOT:

Our Material Handlers play an important role in getting our custom products out the door. In this position you will assist in the preparation of completed orders for delivery according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). You need to be able to accurately count freight and follow load plans. This second shift position works from 3:30 pm until midnight, Monday through Friday.

PAY:

• Starting Hourly Rate is $14 Per Hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some of which may require specialized training
• Unloading shipments from trucks
• Store inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse
• Stock the floor as necessary
• Records movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies and verifies the accuracy of work and report any issues
• Follows OSHA guidelines, to prevent injury to self, others, and damage of product while operating machinery
• Must maintain OSHA forklift certification
• Keep the warehouse organized
• Unloads delivered product from delivery trucks
• Follows company policies and procedures that are in accordance with established standards
• Other duties as assigned

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, lifting up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Prior experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Dexterity and attention to detail along with good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation and drug test
• Availability to work overtime
• Reliable transportation to and from work
