We have a Full-time position available for career changers and recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in the Sales and Marketing industry as an Intern within our client's Customer sales department.
Our client offers a competitive salary with additional bonuses incentives and OTE and learn.
You will be working full-time and On-site from their office of event sites. This role is not hybrid.
Salary: $700-$1000 weekly
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support services
- Support the smooth processing of sales administration
- Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using the client’s available system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Customer Service Requirements:
- Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work on-site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential.
