```Duties```
- Monitor the fitness floor and enforce policy
- Assess risk and safety of members on the fitness floor
- Build relationships with members and be a resource for them
- Complete Youth Orientations on the fitness floor for ages 10-15 and keep proper records

-All other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate individuals to enforce policy
- Confidence in difficult conversations with youth and adults
- Ability to provide guidance and support for members
- Strong organizational skills to develop and manage Youth Orientations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

The Wellness Lead plays a crucial role in monitoring the facility and enforcing policy. They will be responsible for implementing Youth Orientations to educate on equipment use and gym etiquette. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
