Position Overview:

As a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with clients one-on-one, providing personalized coaching and support in all realms of health, including self-mastery and relational well-being. This is a contract position (1099), offering flexibility and the chance to cultivate your entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' physical health, emotional well-being, and relationship dynamics.

- Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized wellness plans that address their unique goals and challenges.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients, empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes and navigate life's complexities with resilience and grace.

- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as mindfulness, communication skills, and stress management.

- Integrate holistic modalities such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing into client sessions as appropriate.

- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, seeking out opportunities to grow your coaching practice and expand your impact.

Qualifications:

- National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) certification preferred.

- Proven experience in holistic health coaching, counseling, or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching, with a commitment to meeting clients where they are.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to build and grow your coaching practice.

- Knowledge of holistic healing modalities and their application in promoting well-being.
