Case Manager - Bachelor's Degree
***Position is eligible for a one-time bonus of up to $2000***

MCN is the respected leader of behavioral health care in our community and actively partners with other community providers. Competitive pay and benefits with average pay ranging from $51,380 to $70,000.
Case Managers provide community-based outreach to persons with mental illness and are responsible for linking, coordinating, monitoring and psychoeducation. Our case management model utilizes a team approach with nurses, peer supports, and paraprofessional staff providing comprehensive care. Current CM role will be working with adults with severe mental illness.

Loan Repayment: MCN is an approved National Health Service site (NHSC, a loan repayment program); in addition to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (BHLRP). MCN offers additional tuition reimbursement as well as loan reimbursement options of up to $5,250 per year.
Employment Qualifications:
Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or a related social services field.
Experience: One year of professional experience in a mental health agency. Specialty population children with SED, persons with DD, adults with SMI, the elderly, persons with co-occurring substance use disorders or complex medical conditions.
Local travel is an essential function of this role.
