Outpatient Therapist - Master's Level
This position is eligible for a one-time signing bonus of up to $3000.00

Outpatient Therapists provide psychotherapeutic intervention to individuals, families, and groups across the life span. Experience in evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT is preferred but training opportunities are available. Outpatient Therapists provide a combination of in-person and telehealth services. A four-day work week with some evening hours is available. Practice locations include Stanton and Greenville.
Employment Qualifications
Education: Possession of a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work or Counseling.
Experience: One year of experience in a mental health related field in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families. May need experience and training in one or more of the identified specialty population children with SED, persons with DD, adults with SMI, the elderly, persons with co-occurring substance use disorders or complex medical conditions.
Other Requirements: Licensure or limited licensure as a Social Worker, Counselor or Limited License Psychologist by the State of Michigan. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional or Qualified Children's Mental Health Professional or supervised by an individual with this credential.
Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver's license.

Loan Repayment: MCN is an approved National Health Service site (NHSC, a loan repayment program); in addition to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (BHLRP). MCN offers additional tuition reimbursement, as well as loan reimbursement options of up to $5,250 per year.
