Role Description:

As an Events Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and boosting sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers in person to promote a product, service, or brand. Here are some common job duties associated with this role:Responsibilities include:

• Set up of events including dispalying of all promotional material and event stands.
• Executing promotional events to showcase and sell products/services this includes actively engage with event attendees to create interest in the product, service, or brand being promoted.
• Create brand excitement and awareness through your customer interactions with a view to gaining more customers for the client.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to maximize promotional efforts.
• Have a deep understanding of the product or service being promoted to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall brand experience.
• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner, adhering to brand guidelines and values.
• Assist in closing sales or directing potential customers to sales representatives if applicable.
• Be adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations or changes in event plans effectively.

These duties may vary depending on the specific requirements of the promotional event and the company or organization conducting the promotion.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about events, promotions, sales, and brand awareness.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work during promotional events, which may include weekends and travelling to promotional event locations in the Miami region.
• Familiarity with Miami's market trends is a plus.
