As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will work alongside a great team of customer service and sales professionals. Our client specializes in producing promotional sales stands and pop-up events for well-known companies across the Orange County region. Your role is to assist customers at various retail locations, promoting, selling, and upselling a range of products and services to identify what the customer needs.

General Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you're selling. This includes knowing features, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs and preferences. Highlight the value proposition of the product or service.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, overcoming objections, and closing sales effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company. This may involve meeting daily, weekly, or monthly quotas.
