Job Description includes but may not be limited to:

• Take and process retail phone & e-mail orders paying strict attention to processes, accuracy, and fraud protection
• Receive and process retail online orders paying strict attention to processes, accuracy, and fraud protection
• Assist showroom customers and process showroom purchases
• As Needed, receive and process wholesale client purchase orders
• Provide general sales assistance and processing
• Answer the phone as a member of the sales team
• Answer live web chat as a member of the sales team
• Reply to team email and personal company email
• Become proficient with internal customer management software
• Additional tasks throughout the company may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Current resume
• 18 years of age
• ASE Certification (optional)
• Mechanical knowledge
• Fluent English communication skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Submit a criminal background check at the hiring

Preferred Skills/Education:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Understanding the importance of asking for help when needed
• Prior customer service experience
• Interest in automotive products and vehicles
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Work Days:

• Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm

Starting Wage: $23-$25hr commission

Benefits Package: Health / Vision Care eligible first of the month following 60 days. PTO and Sick Pay after 90 days but accrues during the probation period. 401K Retirement and other specific benefit details at application.
