As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their vehicles and maintain a clean and organized service area.

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including the parking lot
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance as needed
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as required
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dealership or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
