We are need of an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our service department. A successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing. Must have their own tools, takes pride in his or her work, and can perform various customer service duties as required throughout the day. We're looking for a highly motivated technician that is open to learning and willing to share knowledge.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer

· Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist

· File appropriate documentation on each repair

· Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate

Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Electronic Engine and Software Experience a Plus

· ASE certification preferred but not required

· Valid driver's license

· Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs

· Heavy duty truck repair Experience

· Ability to operate diagnostic tools required

· High school diploma/GED required

· Must Have own tools.

We have immediate openings, and competitive pay based on experience. Hourly wage will be determined on experience.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with optional overtime (Saturdays)
