This is a Sr. manager level position in application/system engineering. Responsibilities include leading an application engineering team to define and develop innovative products, drive roadmap development, and support world-wide customers. 

Essential Functions:

• Manage an application engineering team. Grow the team to support business goals.
• Drive product roadmap planning and new product definition.
• Lead the application engineering team and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing/DE/PE/TE) to achieve product development goals.
• Engage with sales/FAE team to support world-wide customers.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in switch mode power supplies including DC/DC, AC/DC or inverters.
• Experience with low voltage/high current multi-phase buck converter design/test/optimization for CPU/GPU power delivery applications is highly preferred.
• Experience in server application and familiarity with server system power architecture is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Intel/AMD server platforms and protocols.
• Direct customer support experience is required.
• Experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• MSEE or higher required

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $170,000 - $215,000.
