Your Mission

• Process incoming orders.
• Develop planning and scheduling for merchandise (Finished Goods) purchases and inventory planning for strategic customers.
• Submit scheduling requests and follow through.
• Track orders through manufacturing process.
• Process shipping requests.
• Coordinate incoming Artwork & Graphics with appropriate department.
• Coordinate necessary documents for billing with appropriate department.
• Research customer inquiries.
• Utilize pricing tables to assure customer contracts and agreements are adhered to.
• Manage the reduction or appropriate level of finished goods and excess inventories.
• Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and correspondence
• File maintenance.
• Provide backup and support for other positions in the department or plant.
• Other duties as assigned; this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee will also perform other related business duties, as assigned by immediate manager and other management personnel.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of Company products, goods and materials purchased by the Company.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with vendors and Company personnel.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time as well as move about the Company facilities.
• Positive and progressive order fulfillment experience.
• Solid understanding of customer account management.
• Microsoft Office Applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• SAP Experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management
• Self motivation is vital for this position
• Strong communication skills are required for this position
