Monarch Investment and Management Group is Hiring a Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community Near Moline, IL

Monarch Investment and Management group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at the historic LeClaire Apartments Apartments in Moline, IL. We offer up to $24/hrs. plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, and 2 weeks paid time off. Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone, 50% on call.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

3 years’ experience in maintenance
2 years in multifamily housing preferred
Experience managing/supervising employees/vendors preferred
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
