Monarch is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Agent ready to join our amazing team at Eden Park Apartments, a 324 unit apartment community located in Brooklyn Park .

We also offer commissions and paid additional training to help you advance your career. Expected Work Schedule : This is a rotating schedule and will go as follows monthly : Week 1 & 3 : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Week 2 & 4 : Four weekdays 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Saturday 10 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Note that two Saturdays a month are REQUIRED What We Are Offering :

• $16 - $18 / hour PLUS up to $75 per new lease in commissions
