Expected Work Schedule:
Weekdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM are REQUIRED
Schedules with a Saturday rotation will offer a weekday off so the Leasing Consultant will only work 5 days/40 hours that week.

- $16 - $18/hour PLUS up to $75 per new lease in commissions

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
