Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking aMaintenance Technicianto join our team inRochester, MN at Olympik Village Apartments. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 139 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 2 years’ experience in maintenance
• 1 years in multifamily housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• CPO certification preferred but not required
• Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
