Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking aMaintenance Supervisorto join our team inRochester, MN at Olympik Village Apartments.This is a hands on maintenance position at a 139 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours and supervising one technician.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance
- 1 years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification is strongly preferred
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
