This is a hands on maintenance position at a 108 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once a month.

What you need :

• Building maintenance experience required
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• EPA universal certification required
• Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs
• Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas

What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do :

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting / Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24 / 7 on-call emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)

You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
