We are looking for aMaintenance Technician I to join our team at District at Ashland in Ashland, OH. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Assist with general upkeep of grounds and apartment exteriors• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications• Valid Driver's License• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
