Description
This is the entry level professional position in community based psychosocial rehabilitation services for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. The Client Services Manager plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services for adults with severe psychiatric disability designed to assist these individuals to integrate as independently and fully into the life of the community as possible. Client Services Managers work independently and must demonstrate good clinical judgment, decision making, time management and appropriate treatment for consumers in the community.
Reports to: ACT Team Leader
Caseloads are assigned for optimization of client care.
Travel: 50-60%
