Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.

Duties:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support performance management activities by maintaining records and assisting with evaluations
• Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in workforce management tasks
• Coordinate events associated with employee recognition
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Assist in revising and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct research on HR-related topics as needed

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess:

• Experience with recruiting processes and performance management
• Familiarity with HR software
• Ability to conduct employee orientations effectively
• Experience with payroll systems is a plus
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
