Momofuku
Established by chef and founder David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku has grown to include restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles and Momofuku Goods, a line of home cooking products. Momofuku has gained world-wide recognition for its innovative take on cuisine, while supporting local, sustainable and responsible farmers and food purveyors.
About Momofuku Bāng Bar
“Bāng” means bread in Korean, and the menu is built around flatbread and vertical spits of roasted meats. Located on the third floor of The Shops at Columbus Circle, Bāng Bar serves breakfast and lunch.
Momofuku Cashiers are responsible for organizing individual stations and communicating with guests to provide a restaurant experience that is friendly and hospitable.
Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour, plus applicable tips
