Momentum Truck Group is Hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounting Associate Near Saint Cloud, MN

Join a Team that is Top-notch as an Accounts Payable/Accounting Associate! This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks related to the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and general accounting, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Process all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements etc. in an accurate and timely manner.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Process employee expense reports and issue checks.
Schedule and pay vendors by ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end close process.
Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting or three plus years of Accounts Payable experience. Prior accounting experience a plus. Ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members Position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft suite, or other accounting software is a plus.
