Momentum Truck Group is Hiring a Parts Sales Representative Near Saint Cloud, MN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct Freightliner OEM or Various Vendor’s Aftermarket parts for heavy and medium duty trucks, trailers, buses, and RVs
- Responsible for filling service department’s parts requests for repair orders.
- Responsible for coordinating inventory in warehouse.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in work area of the parts area.
- Responsible for continuously training on new parts vendors and parts lines.
- Responsible for answering phones, using company parts look-up programs, placing orders, etc.
- Responsible for tracking customer information in company customer database.
- Make suggestions and share ideas with the parts manager to move the company forward and grow the department.
- Responsible for other duties as required or assigned.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of industry experience and/or formal training is preferred. Must be willing to work as a team player while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment; with ability to read, comprehend instructions, take direction and complete tasks as assigned.
