- Inspect site conditions to determine if hazards are present and to establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations. Perform minimum of two (2) job-site audits per month.
- Support job site leaders in the development of safe work plans to address working around hazards
- Advise on proper use of equipment, material handling, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

- Conduct safety investigation to determine root causes, and document evidence and witness statements; maintain clear and timely communication with Safety Director and management
- Document findings and make recommendations to prevent the recurrence of incidents
- Interview and escort any injured employees to the clinic and coordinate with Safety Direct to file reports

- Provide new hire safety orientation and training; determine competency to perform job duties
- Conduct regular training in OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 for employees
- Provide training on topics required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

- Coordinate with Project Management team and General Contractors to assist with safety planning and project setup documentation: Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and Job Site Emergency Action Plan
- Issue, track, and collect company equipment provided to employees

- Collaborate with Safety Director and management to develop, implement, and enforce policies
- Assist in determining policies need for any new or revised policies
- Keep policy documentation current and up to date to latest standards
