Momentum ABA Therapy is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Memphis, TN
About us
We provide center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental delays.
Our work environment includes:
- Growth opportunities
An RBT is in charge of carrying out a behavioral health plan on a daily basis. They also communicate directly with BCBAs, individuals with Autism, and family members/caregivers.
Their responsibilities include:
- Following behavioral health plans developed by a BCBA to provide beneficial and effective care to patients.
- Answering questions from children and their families
- Assisting children with day-to-day tasks
- Observing client behaviors to collect data
- Teaching specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
- Nurturing a child’s social abilities
- Informing parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings
RBTs earn at least $20 an hour.
NonRegistered technicians earn $14 to $15 an hour
On the job training is provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $21.50 per hour
