• Manage all Santa Monica physical office needs including stocking of office supplies and organization of office
• Source and manage maintenance and service providers
• Own all shipping and receiving for the office, including VIP box fulfillment
• Organize team lunches (including delivery) and activities
• Handle all necessary signage and internal office communications
• Plan and execute internal company wide events as well as local community engagement
• Meet and greet recruiting candidates and coordinate the run of show during their visit
• Coordinate new hires' onboarding and facilitate employee offboarding process
• Administer Google Workspace and company app/platform access
• Facilitate employee perks program

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of directly related experience
• Proven ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action

LOCATION:

• This position is full-time, in-person out of our Santa Monica, CA office, and requires travel quarterly.
