The Headlines:

In the role of Sr. Benefits Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Total Rewardsteam. The person will be responsible for supporting the Benefits leaders by project managing a multitude of U.S. work streams and providing senior level support to the benefits team across the spectrum of Health, welfare & wellbeing benefit programs offered. While not having direct people management responsibility, this position is viewed as a key resource for benefit department staff, company HRBPs and 14 external vendors. This position is expected to be knowledgeable about the company’s retirement and health and welfare benefits as well as internal systems.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Annual Enrollment process, Wellness Program and support the North American Wellbeing strategy
  • Review & recommend new or modified programs/benefits in conjunction with Benefits leadership.
  • Working in conjunction with Labor Relations and Benefits leadership prepare all benefit plan recommendations, including cost analysis on proposed changes, presentation materials, and contract language modifications.
  • Act as a liaison between 14 outside administrators (TPA, insurance carriers and voluntary benefit providers) and customers (HR, payroll, employees and retirees) to ensure timely resolution of eligibility and claim disputes as well as effective administration of company plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all ERISA, ACA and DOL requirements.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least5 years of experience in the administration of corporate Health & Welfare plans
  • In depth knowledge of benefit plan legal requirements and current retirement plan environment (ERISA, ACA, DOL, IRS)
  • Demonstrates organizational agility and ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization
  • Prior experience with Corporate wellness program a plus
  • Experience in administration of Corporate Defined Contribution plans a plus
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist or similar designation a plus
