Molly Maid Of Cedar Rapids & Iowa City is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Coralville, IA
We are looking for an energetic, friendly customer service representative who will work well with our employees, answer phones, and interact with customers. No two days are the same as you help launch teams in the morning, answer calls from both customers and employees throughout the day, and prepare for the next day.
Job Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Managing schedules
- Processing payments
- Inventory
- Opening the office
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Legal to work in the United States
- Experience with Office 365
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
