Moldcable is Hiring a Cable Installation Technician Near Portland, OR

We are seeking a skilled Cable Technician to join our team in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of cable systems for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install cable systems in residential or commercial buildings, including running cables, mounting equipment, and connecting devices.
  • Test and troubleshoot cable systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Respond to service calls from customers regarding issues with their cable service, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to existing cable systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, including equipment used, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay current with developments in cable technology and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver License and Social Security Card with a clean record

- White Minivan Pick-up truck/NOT MANDATORY

- Able to communicate efficiently with customers and build exceptional customer service
