We are looking for a qualified Traffic Control Supervisor in Seattle, WA to join our Traffic Control team.

Responsibilities

• Doing daily site checks assisting crews as needed and resolving issues in the field;
• Ensuring that all trucks are being cleaned and organized by the leads;
• Showing leadership and professionalism in any circumstances;
• Setting and conducting daily interviews for new hires as needed;
• Reviewing and submitting timesheets;
• Handling safety incident reporting;
• Ensuring the leads are doing their monthly inspections of the trucks and logging them into Whip Around;

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Traffic Control;
• Current and valid Driver's license;
• Clean DMV driving record;
• Current and valid flagger certification (ATSSA);
• TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) certification;
• Knowledge of reading and writing a Traffic Control Plan (TCP);
• Understanding the rules and regulations of MUTCD guidelines.
