Responsibilities will include:

Sales / Service

• Reviews and inspects valves and products through failure analysis to ensure alignment with internal specifications and quality standards.
• Responsible for managing authorized service centers to ensure performance matches customer and market expectations while ensuring alignment and quality standards. 
• Plans and coordinates resources to include negotiations, forecasting, inspections, and requisitions. 
• Works closely with the channel partner and territory manager to achieve sales growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Manage long term frame/pricing agreements.
• Maintains current information in CRM software including, but not limited to accounts, assets, opportunities, contacts, and activities.
• Complies with business travel and entertainment expense policy and provides timely and accurate expense reconciliation with necessary documentation.

 Service Operations

• Assist Service Operations from time to time with performing detailed analysis and testing on failed or returned products to solve issues and recommend the best course of action. 
• Responsible for completing and or coordinating with Service Operations for support with RFQ’s and Quotations for regional activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) plus years experience working with valves and in a field service capacity as well as direct interaction with end users and sales representatives.

NOTE: This role will be located in Alberta, Canada. Relocation assistance will not be part of this package.
