• Transition JBoss webapp to Quarkus.
• Integrate with single-sign-on services such as Keycloak.
• Create SELinux-type enforcement policies to better secure services.
• Leverage SELinux isolation features to improve service security.
• Unit-level and system-level testing.
• Ability to navigate a code base to find a class with little guidance.
• Understanding of basic git commands and version control.
• Use Agile-based development techniques.
• Ability to perform “peer reviews.”
• Ability to design/update features based on client feedback.
• Develop capabilities and design code with “end user” needs in mind.
• Object-oriented design/development or functional design/development. 
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a “Secret” level clearance Security Clearance.
• Will be required to ​​​​​obtain and maintain Security and Linux certifications. 
• At least 2 – 4 or more years of professional experience in software engineering, development, deployment, or sustainment experience with software-intensive systems and technologies.
• At least 2 – 4 or more years of professional experience developing software using Java, JBoss, Quarkus, SELinux, Linux, KeyCloak, or equivalent technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, Engineering, Information Technology, etc., or similar technical-based disciplines.
• Although there is some flexibility, generally, employees work 40 hours per week during the core hours, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST.
• Successfully complete a Moebius designed Java assessment and participate in two virtual technical interviews.
