Modern Strategic Branding and Communications is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near North Wales, PA

Customer Service / Project Coordinator - Modern SBC

Modern SBC, a leading communications and graphic design firm located outside Philadelphia with a national reach, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries for custom flag, banner, and portable display projects via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts by providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Oversee client inquiries, generate estimates, and process sales and purchase orders following discussions with clients and prospects.
  • Manage inbound and outbound email communication for both existing clients and new inquiries.
  • Gather product information from production teams to effectively respond to client questions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while considering client expectations and production capabilities.
  • Experience in creative services, marketing, or print services is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Mathematical aptitude, particularly for square footage calculations and metric conversions.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time (30 hours) or full-time (40 hours) positions available. Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This role requires working in person at our North Wales office.
