We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Arizona to join our medical practice in Scottsdale, AZ. Modern Medicine Az is a primary care practice where a conventional and integrative approach for patients well-being is accessible. Our medical facility is dedicated to providing top quality care to our patients of all ages. It's a hybrid practice with insurance and cash based patients where traditional and preventative, is available to help our patients and the community live healthier, more productive lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire for high quality care, have excellent communication skills and enjoy the benefits of a team focused practice. We are seeking a passionate, experienced provider who is grounded in the traditional medicine approach to patient care and wants to participate in an innovative, transformative model of Integrative Care with the intentions of collaborating with a team of like-minded healthcare professionals. A practitioner who is open-minded and takes a whole-person approach in treating ailments and well versed in bio-identical hormone replacement therapies, nutritional IV therapies, aesthetic services among others. A provider who is eager to grow the practice and looking for a place to call his/her work home for many years to come.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Assume all responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner in diagnosing and treating patients of all ages for acute and chronic conditions;
-Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries;
-Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures;
-Supervise Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations;
-Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements;
-Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes;

Requirements:

-Current and unrestricted AZ Advanced Nurse Practitioner License
-Experience in family/primary care medicine -Experience in pain management and HRT
-Experience working in a private primary care practices -At least 1-2 years of experience as FNP -Experience with Charm is preferred -Experience in preventative/wellness services is preferred
Compensation will depend on years of experience, additional skills, level of dedication among other factors.
